pub struct ProgressSnapshot {
pub completed_molecules: usize,
pub total_molecules: usize,
pub elapsed: Duration,
pub throughput_molecules_per_sec: f64,
pub throughput_atoms_per_sec: f64,
}Expand description
Progress of a run after some number of completed molecules.
Recorded every HpcParallelConfig::progress_every completions and at the last one.
Fields§
§completed_molecules: usizeMolecules completed so far (successfully or not).
total_molecules: usizeMolecules in the run.
elapsed: DurationTime since execution started (after partitioning).
throughput_molecules_per_sec: f64completed_molecules / elapsed, or 0 if no time has elapsed.
throughput_atoms_per_sec: f64Completed atoms per second, or 0 if no time has elapsed.
